Both-Well (Taizhou) Steel Fittimgs Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned enterprise established by Baiwei Singapore Holdings Pte Ltd. in Jiangyan Economic Development Zone. The total investment for the first phase of the project is US $10 million, with a total construction area of 14400 square meters. The company is mainly engaged in the production and sales of various high-precision high-pressure pipe fittings, fittings, and high-end plumbing equipment. Most of the production equipment is imported from Japan, Taiwan, and other places. It also uses local machinery and equipment for production, and most of the products are sold worldwide.
The construction of Baiwei (Taizhou) Iron Engineering Co., Ltd. commenced at the end of March 2005 and was completed and put into production in October of the same year. In view of the favorable investment environment in Jiangyan, Singapore increased its capital by US $10 million and registered capital by US $5.08 million in October 2005. About 60 acres of land were newly acquired on the south side of the company to carry out phase II project construction and expand the production scale of the company. Recently, it will officially enter the second phase of construction.
After the completion of the company, it is estimated that the total industrial output value will be increased by 500 million yuan, the profit tax will be generated by 75 million yuan, and nearly 500 new jobs will be created.
